  • Reflect on personal leadership strengths and development areas.

Day 2 – Communication, Influence & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Analyze key internal and external stakeholders and their expectations.
  • Practice clear, structured and impactful leadership communication.
  • Use influence and negotiation techniques to gain buy-in.
  • Handle resistance, conflict and difficult conversations constructively.
  • Apply learning to a real stakeholder situation from participants’ context.

Day 3 – Decision-Making & Problem Solving

  • Review structured approaches to diagnosing and framing problems.
  • Use practical tools for generating and evaluating options.
  • Consider risk, uncertainty and trade-offs in leadership decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate common cognitive biases in decision-making.
  • Work through a case study relevant to participants’ industries.

Day 4 – Leading Teams & Driving Performance

  • Clarify what high performance looks like for different teams.
  • Connect goals, KPIs and feedback to daily leadership practices.
  • Explore methods for motivating and engaging diverse team members.
  • Develop simple routines for coaching and performance conversations.
  • Design an improvement initiative for participants’ own teams.

Day 5 – Change, Resilience & Personal Action Plan

  • Understand the human side of change and transition.
  • Identify strategies for building resilience in self and others.
  • Plan how to sustain new leadership habits after the program.
  • Share peer feedback and commitments in small groups.
  • Finalize a 90-day leadership action plan linked to real priorities.
