Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Advertising Manager to join our dynamic team in Damascus, Syria. The Medical Advertising Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical advertising campaigns and promotional activities within the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our pharmaceutical brand while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive medical advertising strategies to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to align advertising initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Review and approve advertising materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to medical advertising and pharmaceutical marketing.
- Foster strong relationships with external advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners to enhance collaboration and drive campaign success.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of advertising professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in medical advertising, pharmaceutical marketing, or a related industry, with a minimum of [5] years in a managerial role.
