Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, tailored to each platform’s audience and tone.
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy to maximize results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for new social media initiatives and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
